2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI Transfer — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and all UPI-enabled apps
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS) — Direct transfer to our bank account
• Cash on Pickup — Available for customers collecting orders in person from our store in Sivakasi

Note: We do not accept credit card or debit card payments through this website at this time.

3. Order Process

1. Add your desired products to the cart (minimum Rs. 3,000)
2. Click "Order via WhatsApp" and fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address
3. A PDF invoice will be automatically downloaded to your device
4. Your order details will be sent to our WhatsApp number for confirmation
5. Our team will contact you to confirm the order and share payment details
6. Upon payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched

4. Advance Payment

For orders above Rs. 10,000, a minimum advance of 50% of the total order value is required before dispatch. The remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery or before shipment, as agreed.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Cancellation after dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched due to the perishable and safety-sensitive nature of fireworks.
• Damaged goods: If products are received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review and resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis.

7. Payment Confirmation

After making payment, please share a screenshot or transaction reference number via WhatsApp to help us process your order faster. Your order will be confirmed only after payment is verified by our team.

8. Safety & Legal Compliance

All fireworks sold by Sriram Pattasu are government-approved and manufactured in licensed factories in Sivakasi. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a responsible adult and will use fireworks safely and in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
